Ally Hunter - Founding Director
Ally has been helping individuals, teams and organisations deliver outstanding person-centred results for over 25 years' in both the UK and Australia. He has held senior roles in the Not-For-Profit, University, Local Government, Prison and Private Sectors.
Ally is a sought after facilitator, speaker and education designer. Areas of specialism include applied social psychology, positive psychology, leadership, organisational development and young people where Ally specialises in turning evidence-backed ideas into workable change programs and memorable learning experiences.
Ally is a dedicated family man, avid reader, savage pickleball player & lover of good food and great Gin.
Rob Moore - Founding Director
Rob is an experienced coach, workshop facilitator, trainer and business advisor with over 25 years’ experience in public and private sector coaching, recruitment and entrepreneurial business ownership.
Rob values integrity, honesty, respect and shared goals. Rob is known and respected far and wide for his no nonsense, people focused and approach dedication to getting to the root of challenges quickly.
Outside of the training room or Zoom! you’ll find Rob in East Lothian trying to keep up with his two Border Collies, wandering aimlessly in the rough at Kilspinide Golf Club or chasing waves with his son at the beach.
Lynsey Allison - Senior Associate
Lynsey has 20+ years experience as an Executive Performance & Wellbeing Coach and facilitator. She holds a multitude of qualifications including a Masters degree in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor degree (Hons) in Psychology.
Lynsey has enjoyed a successful corporate career in London and Sydney in senior roles in leadership, consulting, HR, L&D, recruitment, operations and change management,
Outside of work Lynsey loves to be outside, riding horses, adventuring and enjoying the simple things in life.
Kasia Zduniak - Senior Associate
Kasia is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Wellbeing, with nearly a decade of experience designing DEI strategies that make a real difference in both the public and private sectors. She holds an LLM and a law degree along with certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This unique combination of legal expertise and DEI knowledge drives her work.
Her personal experience with neurodivergence inspires her to create workplaces that not only include but celebrate the talents of neurodiverse individuals. Kasia is all about making the world a more accessible and inclusive place, one step at a time.
Outside of her professional work, Kasia’s most important role is being a mum. She’s deeply committed to raising her children with values of respect, dignity, and humanity - motivated by a desire to leave the world a better place for them.
