Coaches are a sounding board, they listen carefully and deeply, they see you fully and without judgement. Coaches ask questions that challenge and stretch you. We offer different individual and group coaching models to meet your needs.
We also offer a specialist coaching service for Young People who are struggling with next steps or to connect with thier purpose. We understand that adolescence is a tough time and often we push back against those that are closest to us. Our team have many decades of experience working with young people and bring this to the coaching relationship. We've seen transformational results through these relationships without the need for anti-depressants or clinical interventions.
